Hall’s Cottage Open Sunday, 8 November 10am – 4pm.

We have exciting news! The repairs on Hall’s Cottage is progressing well and the cottage is set to re-open 8 November 2020. We are excited to welcome back visitors and want to thank everyone who has inquired about the future of Hall’s Cottage.

Hall’s Cottage has been closed since Monday the 31st of August 2020 to undergo repairs after a vandalism incident that took place. The front and side windows were smashed with rocks that ricocheted and caused damage to some of the internal walls. There is additional damage to the wooden window frames. Some of the window frames were still part of the original woodwork of the cottage when it was constructed in 1832 and as a result careful restoration efforts are being made to restore them to their original condition.
